I have an existing table in my DNN database.  I would like to import this table into a UDT module and use it there.  Is there a "quick and easy" way to do this?  Or must I export my table to an XML format, convert it, and then import it?

Any help will be appreciated!

import only works for exported UDT data. Since exported data has XML format, there is one option: Set up UDT with appropriate columns, enter a single record, export module and replace single record with appropriately configured list of all records you have exported from other table; finally import this list. good luck.

Thanks.  I exported the existing table to xml.  Then with a test UDT table exported, it was a relatively easy to edit the right format into the exported data, i.e. easily less than an hour's worth of work.

I've gotten the basic data in, so now it's a matter of cleaning up the display that I want.  This is a NICE module.
