hi to all

i have setup form & List module to show reports released by the company.. it include the field lik
1. Heading, 2. Author, 3. catagory, 4. sector, 5. Date,  6.summary,  7. File.

i used advancedtable.xls file to display my files.. i want to customised this xls file

i need following functions in the xls file

In the list view
1. only display limited field  from the table (like heading, author, catagory & Sector)
2. instead of icon for detail view i want the heading field used as url for detail view

In the Detail view page
1. display cutom layout.. i want to show large font for heading & other normal font
2. file field display, if user is logged in otherwise file field cant show
3. In the detail view i dont want to show search options

i m not a programmer, so i  need help to write xls file

I have able to make a custom xls file but unable to create a custom link for detail view

i want Heading to be used as Link for detail page... one more think can i open the detail page on a new page which is already there on the website whith the other module on the same page

how to hide the column if user is not logged in
