It took me a while to figure out what was causing this problem, but I finally figured it out.

When the name of a column contains special characters (ie colon, 9:15 service), the module throws an error, namely the "Object not set to the Instance...error"

I'm the web guy for our church, and we're specifically using UDT for the Nursery and Sunday School schedules.  I have columns (Date, 9:15 Service and 11:00 service).  When I name the columns innocuous like Text1, Text2, etc...everything was fine.  It's when I add the special characters in the column names that the error is thrown.

Is there a fix that I can use by editing the UserDefinedTable.ascx file?

BTW, I'm using DNN 3.2 and the latest version of UDT.

You are right - using a colon in a field name is not allowed, we will check to prohibit this in the next version.
