I am using the FNL module to track service requests. What I'd like to do is have tracking and notification email the original form submitor and another email address when a request is created, updated, or deleted. This will notify the proper staff and give the request creator a record of there request. It will also server as a status update when staff updates their request.

In Tracking and Notification's "To:" field, I have tried adding the usual DNN tokens, column names, etc. I have added an email address field to the form with the [user:email] token having their email address already filled in. This works for getting the email address into the form, but how can I get tracking and notification to use this address for each new entry?

Regarding #2, can you give a little more detail on how to use these in the "To:" field? I've created a column with the type as email, how do I actually use this in the tracking and notification "To:" field? Or even the createdby column? I think this where I'm hung up. Thanks! Tom
