I have a Rich Text Box (HTML), which only shows the Rich Text Box for admin users.
for all other users - it  only displays plain text.

even when i changed the permissions above - its still not possible to see rich text box (and i  have selected rich text box as the option)

Select this option if you would like the Page Settings for this module to be applied to all existing modules in the site. Move To Page: Move this module instance to another Page.
