I have a Rich Text Box (HTML), which only shows the Rich Text Box for admin users.
for all other users - it  only displays plain text.

I

View Module Edit Module Edit Record Delete Record Create Record/ Submit form Display All Columns Edit Also Restricted Columns
Administrators Not Specified Permission Granted Permission Granted Permission Granted Permission Granted Permission Granted Permission Granted
All Users Not Specified Not Specified Permission Granted Not Specified Permission Granted Permission Granted Permission Granted
Registered Users Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified
Subscribers Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified
Unauthenticated Users Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified Not Specified

even when i changed the permissions above - its still not possible to see rich text box (and i  have selected rich text box as the option)

"enable enhanced security" - I'm afraid I do not have any such option in settings.

I have copied my settings here:

I have this same issue. I don't have an option "enable enhanced security" to turn on or off.

Is there a way to show the RICH TEXT EDITOR to anonymous/unauthenticated users for a particular form?
