 I just created a new form and the help icons are not showing on the form even though there is help text. Any ideas.

This is a known Core bug.

 The bug status says "Withdrawn"

Does that mean that nonoe is gonna fix it?

there is a duplicate issue linked, DNN-10842,which has been completed and checked in.
