I used form and List to create a simple RSVP for an event. I found a couple issues so far.

1. When setting up a set of list values on an Integer field I set the style to DropDown List. Sometimes when I edit that field the Style reverts to vertical list. Looks like bug.

2. I am not able to delete a record. I show record and click on the delete button. I confirm the dialog and it still shows the record in form view. I show all records and the record is still there.

3. Also I got this time-out error when sending email.  It happened on the second record submission. Email worked fine after that.
