Any Help Please. I have created a simple form that stores and then lists name/address/email on a petition. However, although I have create record/submit form checked for all users, Add new Record only appears when I login to my site. It doesn't appear for unauthenticated users. Also is there any way to alter the text from add new record.

Many Thanks. Simon.

AFAIR, the users need "edit module" permission as well

Which DNN version and are you running?  Did you try with the defalt container?

Please, NEVER give anonymous "Edit Module" permissions, this is just wrong. Only administrators (or power users as their proxies) should have that permission. The create record permission is definetly sufficient!

You can alter the text "add new record" using the localization editor in Admin->Languages.
