I am trying to get the email notification to work and am having some problems.

I have checked the "Enable Email Notification" box.

Then I've typed in the email address that I want the notification to be sent to and checked the appropriate Trigger.  Then, I save.

When I go back to check it (after the save) the email address has disappeared.  Yikes!

I've run the test on the  SMTP server and it appears that it's working.

What am I doing wrong?

Help!

Please tell use the version of the DNN core and the used FormAndList module. If you are not running DNN5.2.2 /FnL5.1.1 I would suggest an update first.
