When I try to import a csv file with over 9,000 records with 6 fields per record, i get only a max of 8,000 records imported and everything i import i get a different number, but all plus or minus 100 old records.

is there a max limit on the number of records,

the performance is good for the imported records, even with no paging!

It looks like your server is running into a timeout. Can you set debug=true inside web.config and try again? Which version of FnL are you using?

thanks indeed  it changing the web.config file did the trick!

<!-- set debugmode to false for running application -->
    <compilation debug="true" strict="false">

do i need to change it back again to false ?

i am using the latest:

It is better to switch it back to true, for the sake of performance and security.

FnL sets Server.ScriptTimeout to Integer.MaxValue during import., which should do the trick too. Enabling debug on the webserver raises all kind of limits to the max, for example also the ax value of memory consumption. I have no glue what stops the import script in your case.

I am glad it worked for you.

I am curious, how many records did you finally import? Is it still fast enough?
