When someone fills out the form and picks the calander date and puts in a time and clicks send it emails me letting me know...well the problem is I'll log in and check the records and it shows Start: 4/5/2010 10:00 AM  End:  4/5/2010 1:00 PM if you open the record to edit it now shows Start: 4/5/2010 3:00 PM  End:  4/5/2010 6:00 PM and in the email it shows Start: 4/5/2010 5:00 AM  End:  4/5/2010 5:00 AM.

so anyone else having 3 different times??

Disable convert timezone for that field.

Btw, I can only reproduce two different times, and not three. The "convert TimeZone" option repects both the timezone of the current user and the timezone of the server.

usually, time values (especially for auditing fields) should be stored in UTC and displayed localized according to the user's selected timezone (or portal default), this should be best practive for all other modules as well.
