Are you sure? Any simple expression ("[YourIntegerField]+3" for instance) should work. Be certain to try expressions without [DateTime:Now] because in my case at least, that's where the problem is originating.

I really need [DateTime:Now] to work.  It is vital to my use for this customer.  

Form and List devs, can you lend a hand?

Accepted Answer 
After much experimenting.... [MyDate]>'[Date:Now]' seems to work so should work for DateTime too. Let me know if it works for you too.
