Hi,

First off, the Form and List module is awesome. It let me do more quickly and efficiently what a commercial product failed to.

In any case, I'm having a problem with using Module Templates. I would really like to get this working, since I need to put an identical FAL module on nearly 50 pages. I can create the template just fine, and when I add a new instance of FAL, I see the template listed. However, whenever I try and apply it I get:

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

It then appears disconnected from the underlying data store and I have to remove it and start over with a fresh module. I'm on the most recent version (5.1.3). Any thougts?

Thanks!

Dave

Form and List templating is broken for all DNN versions starting from DNN5.3.0 to DNN5.4.1.

After applying a template, an exception bubbles up.The exception (Object reference not set) is raised wiithin a Core method . If you reload the page, the templated FnL module appears and works as expected.
