Hello.  I am trying to create one UDT table that has a category name and description.    Then I would like to have a second UDT table that has a category field be a drop-down of the categories in the first table.

I looked at the documentation about data type look-up.  It doesn't show a way to reference the first table in the Source Column under the Advance Column option when adding the column in the second table.

Is this possible?  Does someone have it working where they can provide an example?

Thanks,
Scott

Scott, I am sorry, there is currently no support for referenced tabled in UDT/FnL.

Referenced Table:
When can we hope to have this feature?

Another function expected:
have the same instance of F&L twice on the same page would be great...

David.

I am not a programmer, just a simple user

Never.

Yes, that would be nice. If only the DotNetNuke architecture would allow that...

there are 3rd party modules, which provide both features, though.
