I simply want to create a form based on data that will be stored in either the DNN database or a separate database and I want to be able to upload multiple files for each record that gets created in the form. When I query the record I want to see all associated files that I  uploaded for that file. The number of files to be uploaded at any given time is unknow so it needs to be able to upload as many as I want. This is easily done in standard .net web applications outside of DNN. For the life of me I can't understand why it hasn't been done in the DNN environment. Perhaps it has and I just don't know where? Can someone please point me to a solution. Other CMS products can do this I'm sure. Thanks

according to the simplicity of the task, as you describe, you should be able to create you own module suiting your needs with ease from scratch. The community would be happy, if you publish your solution on codeplex.com.
