Hell,

I am an issue with the data types and format output which shows the error above. How can I edit the page again to change the settings because when I click the page it displays an error.

Are you running latest Form and List release? (5.1.3) You can remove the module if you switch to layout mode, but you can't edit module configuration.

One trick:
In layout mode, you should be  able to open the module setting.
The url looks like:
.../tabid/123/ctl/Module/ModuleId/4567/Default.aspx
change url to:
.../tabid/123/ctl/Manage/mid/4567/Default.aspx

Hi Stefan,

Yes I am running the latest Form and List. I got the error after I changed the output format to 05#-####### of the telephone field with integer type. May be the hyphen was the cause of error. By the way, how to change the format of the telephone no. that would show the format 05#-####### in the entry box.

 There is no such option which controls input format.
