Lookup
I have created a form and list on one page which I add a field too. This field needs to used on a seperate form as probably a look up!

So on the second form I add the lookup but how do actually LookUp the information from Form1?

Is this even possible? If not why is it called LookUp since MS's interpretation of LookUp is to look up something within its own environment.

If it is possible can you please include HOW TO

no, there is no connection between instances for now. you may create a dropdown list manually (using a comma separated list of values) in your second instance, when configuring the column.

Not really practical since the list could be 300 items long and the second table will have 7800 items and needs a grouping process.

Any module recommendations?

there might be a couple of modules, we always use our own one (http://www.deutschnetnuke.de/Offers/ModuleProgramming/V3V4CustomFormsLists.aspx) for those use cases.
