This is happened twice so far, once in the forums and now currently in the official form and list module. If you look at the page here and hover or click over the links they bring you right back to that page, Rather then going to white-wolf.com or whatever the link addy is.

This also happened in my forum once in a post with a hyperlink in it. But seemed to be a isolated incident. However seems to be popping up in other places too now like this module. Is this a bug?

Can you please provide some more details?

Whch datatype are you using for the links column? Which settings are applied? Which DNN version and which FnL version are you running?
I cannot reproduce your issue in my environment, and this kind of bug was never reported before.

 Data type: URL
Settings: List, HTML table, HTML buttons, classic, default grid table, datagrid for css templet

latest DNN and latest FnL

If you go to the page I posted you will see the issue. Happens in both IE and FF. Since this did happen once in the forums I am thinking may be some odd kind of bug in the core.

very strange, it looks like you are using a staticURL instead. I have never experienced it not read about this issue in the forums. Are you using any additional URL rewriting?

I am using 3E hosting. Unless they by default turned some kind of rewriting on I did not. I looked at my host settings and didn't off hand see anything odd. Only thing recently that changed hosting end that I am aware was they turned perl on for me so I could get full traffic reports from awstats

Only other thing that I see is I turned on (but that was a while ago) is hot link protection.
