Hi;
Some fields (specifically the 'changed by' and 'changed on' show in the record list even though i have not checked the 'display on list' option. Am using version 5.1.3 of F&L. How do i avoid these fields from showing?

Does anyone have an answer to this?

I could simply say that you will find the answer here inside the forum, it is a recurring topic.

Whether the fields are shown or not is controlled by a permission, and as you might know, permissions are always enabled for administrators. You can't even unselect this permission   in permission grid. There is a special setting below which allows you to override this behavior.

I was not looking as Administrator, just a regular user. However, it was not clear to me that the 'Display on List' option is further restricted by the 'Display all Columns' permission setting. Thanks for clarifying that.
