FnL Configuration->Email Settings->Set Email body creation to XSL Script
-> Click on "Generate New" ->"Token Based XSLT Generator and Editor" opens. UserDefinedRowID is the second available token.

Thanks, this worked perfect! I used the HTML to XSL convert button and tested this for the e-mail notification. It has the unique row id, which can be used as the ID number.

Is there a way to display this after the form is submitted also? I did not see an XSL option under that section like the e-mail section.

Thanks again, I am learning a lot about this module!
