I just added a Look-Up column to my form. I was trying to populate a dropdown with a list of users.

Under Advanced column options I added the following:
Source Column: Link to Profile
Token Text: [User:FirstName]

Now I am getting the following error and cannot get back to the form.

Error A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Is it possible to undo this?

it doesn't look wrong, did you try to restart application (using command in Host Settings)?

I just tried that and still receive the same error. The form was working fine before I added that column.
Is there a way to remove it?

you may delete the column in the database (last item in table UserDefinedFields) and restart the application. to clear the cache.
