Good afternoon!

How to make correctly?

The first module F&L - appearance:Form (for data input)

The second module (copy of the first) - appearance:List (for display of the data)

All works, but if in options of the second module to clean Create Record/Submit Form - (disable all users) and at the first module this property vanishes as also, the user can't create new record. I don't want to see at the second module a line in the bottom of the list "Add New Record"!

It is attempt to create the form for feedback.
