I have a basic F&L with several columns. One of those columns is named YEAR and is an integer value.
What I am trying to do is to filter the list so that only the records who's [Year] column is = the maximum value in the Year column of all records.

I can easily specify a specific year like this:

[Year]=2010

but I really want something like:

[Year] =  max([Year])

I know this is not quite correct, but not sure how to do it. Should I be trying to figure out the SQL to select the MAX value from the Year column...etc.

Can anyone tell me how to do this or if I need to try and figure out XSLT to handle this?

Thanks in advance.

I ended up solving this with a report and the FnL Datasource (seperate download on codeplex)

Filter ended up being:

[Year]=max([Year])

Thanks
