When i am going to upgrade local host..
what will be change in database.

im not sure what youre asking, but if you mean moving from localhost to production then you should read http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/Page/Portal-alias.aspx (note: recently dotnetnuke added automatic portal alias creation so this step is no longer necessary when you move to production)

An upgrade will affect a number of tables, it cannot be separated easily from content. If you prefer to upgrade a copy (which is a suggested option), upgrade all files and call the site to adjust the database before replacing original files and database.
