I royally messed up.  I have a form and list module installed and it was working beautifully.  then I needed to add a "space" to one of the list items and have that as the default value.   The only problem is that the field was defined as an integer.  now i get the following error displayed on the page.  A critical error has occurred. An unexpected error has occurred.
Is there any way to fix this?  all of the data has been deleted from the dbo.userDefinedData table and the "list" values have been deleted from the UserDefinedFields table for the affected row..

in the event logs i get the following

InnerException: Input string was not in a correct format.

FileName:

FileLineNumber: 0

FileColumnNumber: 0

Method: System.Number.StringToNumber

InnerException: Unhandled Error Adding Module to ContentPane
