Hello,

I have a calucated column that returns a number that I'd like formated as a currency $###,###. How can I accomplish this? I've tried setting the OutputSetting value to various settings such as: $###,### or {0:C0} and others, to no avail...nothing happens at all to the format. Any pointers?

Thanks in Advance!

Chad

Hello..
We did something similar with numbers (census data), not currency, but we put the formatting within out XSL sheet.

Below are a couple examples:

Formatting an integer column to display the numbers properly:
<xsl:value-of select="format-number(udt:Average_x0020_Family_x0020_Size, '#,###.##')" disable-output-escaping="yes" />

Totaling a Column:
<xsl:value-of select="format-number(sum(//udt:Data/udt:Total_x0020_Households), '#,###.##')" />

Hope this helps.. -Jeff

Hello..

Googling "xsl format number currency" brought up a number of different websites which may help you get the currency format the way you prefer.
