Hi.  I need to be able to view a pdf when submitting a form.  The pdf to view can be different based on what link the user clicked to get to the form.  I can think of a couple of ways to possibly accomplish this, but not sure it Form and List will support it and wonder if anyone has any suggestions.

I can pass the pdf name as a url parameter.  If I do this, is there a way to do one of the following:

- use a token in the message displayed after the form is submitted?

- use data input on the form in the message displayed after the form is submitted?

- display an additional form field (one that was hidden on input) after the form is submitted?

- have the form submission go directly to a pdf file?

Thanks!
