I currently have 2 issues with the latest release:

1.  Although it states there is a box for text to appear upon submit, I don't see a place to enter it.

2. I then tried to direct a user to a new page with the text and upon submit it does not direct the user.

Is it the module or me?

Thank you for your feedback.

I think this is a minor bug, which can be confusing for its users. In fact the whole form settings section should only be shown in plain form mode.

In list mode, it should always go back to list. If form above/below list is selected, the new entry appears directly in the list. In both cases, no text or redirect are required.

Thanks, but I am not sure I understand your reply.

I would like to show a "Thank you for submitting your request..." after the user click submit.  How would I do this with the current bug?
