Hello all.

I currently have people registering for an event through the Form and List module on my web site. What I'd like to do is have each entry take up one page, and have some graphical elements (my company's logo, web addresses, and a signature) on there as well. I want one entry per page so that the person doing admissions for the event can take signatures for each individual person as he registers.

What is the best way to do this? Also, I'd like to change the conformation email to include my company's logo. I believe that I can do this through an XSL stylesheet. Is that correct? Can someone point me to a tutorial on XSL stylesheets? I'm very proficient at HTML.

Thank you so much.
