I want to extract one record from a form and list table.  I notice all the records are serially linked in the table.  Can anyone give me some pointers on what the SQL statement may look like?

There are multiple options to access Form and List data:

  1. http://www.formandlist.com/blog.aspx?... demonstrates, how to access FnL data using VB.Net (c# would be similar).
  2. http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/B... demonstrates access using Razor scripts
  3. there is a forms and list provider for the xml/xsl module you can download from http://xmlproviders.codeplex.com/rele...
  4. Stefan describes at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/F... how a sql statement would look like to retrieve data using sql

Thanks Sebastian. The Razor script is very exciting stuff that I just discovered with your post. I always thought it was just another MS pain before so avoided it like the plague.

The last link does not seem to have any sql related to fnl? I was needing the sql statement to get 1 record from a fnl table and display it with Datasprings Dynamic Views. Maybe I could render it with Razor but I don't understand how to build a sql statement to get just one record from a fnl table and don't really have the time to do a sql course.

Any other links you can help with please?
