In the email settings for the form, inline help say you can use a UDT field using the format "[field;columnname]". I have a field called [Subject] and am attempting to use it in the subject field, I've tried: "Contact Us: [field:Subject]" and "Contact Us: [Subject]". Neither one gets parsed. Do I have the syntax wrong?

It looks like the problem is the colon (:) in your subject field.

But what's the problem? Are you saying I should leave it out? Like [fieldSubject] ?

@57gmc,

I tested exactly your expression Contact Us: [field:Subject]  using copy and paste and it worked for me. Maybe wrong spelling of your subject column?

Best, Stefan
