 Hello, We recently moved our server to a new location. When trying to configure the SMTP settings, I get the following error. Any Ideas? thanks for any help ou can give

Sure. Set a valid email address for your host email (host settings -> basic settings -> hostdetails)

Hi,
already i used the below information successfully with my MS outlook,I mean the SMTP data (tested)

as appeared it mean that there is a problem with the email address. but i tried different accounts in my domain with same problem and the address filed as the email format critiria

SMTP Server Settings
SMTP Server and port:smtp.bonexlifts.com
SMTP Authentication:Basic
SMTP Enable SSL:no
SMTP Username:host@bonexlifts.com
SMTP Password:***************

"host@bonexlifts.com" there is no space before h or after m
