Hello..
I have an instance of this module in a right-side column; 180px in width.  I'm trying to edit it's configuration settings; manage -> form and list configuration settings.

When I select this, in the content page, I see only two tab buttons; schema definition and page related settings.

When I select the schema definition button, nothing occurs.  When I select the page related settings button, only a drop-down option for data table setup is shown.

When I select this drop-down, I see current view options, forms settings, list settings and email settings.  Selecting these options displays NOTHING; just a manage button.  When I mouse-over this manage button, the only options available are save configuration as default, reset to default configuration, and delete all records.

I have an admin skin for this website (only content pane for width of screen) and on our development server, I referenced this module on a full page with the admin skin and placed this reference into the content page.  Yet, when I try to look at the F&L configuration settings, it defaults to the main skin and I have the same issues as those above.

This is a MAJOR issue since I'm unable to edit the form and list settings.  The module was originally configured and populated prior to upgrading to the version 6 updates.

Any ideas?

Any ideas on why these elements are marked as display: none?  If I remove element.styles, all the options are now shown as they should.  UGH..

Forgot to finish this line.  When I click on the configuration for a new F&L module, the configuration information is display for a quick second, but then disappears.
