I ended up having to go into the UrlTracking table and filter for the PortalID, URLType and ModuleID and marked this items which didn't have TrackClicked enabled.

Not sure why they didn't, but once I this change, the link clicks were enabled.

Any ideas?

Found that even changing the column from Download to URL and setting the "Track Number of Downloads" checked, the TrackClicks column within the UrlTracking table does not change.

It needs to be manually changed (from false to true) in order for the file clicks to be tracked properly.

Please fix this so that whether the column is Download (add a "Track Number of Downloads" checkbox) or URL with "Track Number of Downloads" checked, this setting in this table is set to true.
