Has anyone found a token that can tell what action is being taken (create, update, delete) for use in the XSLT email template? Or is there some other solution to customizing the template based on the action.

Hmmm....My Posts doesn't go back far enough.

You could check if a record was created or edited by comparing the Created Date to its Updated Date.

Not sure about deleted.
