I want to customize the subject line of emails sent based on whether the record was added, updated or deleted, but I can't find a token that I can use for that purpose. Does anyone know how to do that?

Hi Karin,

What do you mean by "based on whether the record was added, updated or deleted" which record are you talking about?

In my configuration settings I have set up an automatic email that is sent whenever a record in the Form and List module is added, modified or deleted. I want to be able to change the text in the body of the email in the XSLT depending on whether the user added a new record, modified the record, or deleted the record.

Oh, I am sorry, I saw this post in the "All forums" group and did not notice it was for the Form and List module. I do see fields for "On New", "On Update" and "On Delete' but i don't have much experience with XSLT scripts.

Actually, you got me to look again and now I do see in the Email Settings the "On New Text", "On Update Text", and "On Delete Text" that I hadn't seen before. I wonder if these work with XSL Script option, or only with the Auto option. I guess I'll find out.
