Can I change the owner of a record?  This would be useful if I needed to enter all of the records myself but only wanted the users to be able to edit their own records.

Scott,
Not without modifying the back-end data directly (or using SQL or Reports modules).
You could add another field to your table where you manually input the identifier (eg, email address) and filter the list based on the e-mail of the currently logged in user to give them an interface (another instance of F&L that is filtered) to edit those records.

OK, another question then. I can use several instances of form and list linked to the same data? If yes, how?

no, but you can add the module to multiple pages and use different page specific Settings (different filters and Rendering)

Maybe i am not following but what good would adding the form and list to multiple pages do if i cannot access the same data to apply different filters?
