Did you check the order of the stylesheets loaded?

I gave my bootstrap css priority 8 and my skin css priority 9. Other than than, I'm not sure how to check the loading order of the DNN stuff.

Just check the source of the rendered page and see if the stylesheet is loaded before or after module.css :-)

Sure enough the module CSS is being loaded after skin.css. Any idea what I should set the priority for skin.css?
