I can follow the directions to create a basic form but what happens to the input data when the form is submitted?  I can't find documentation for this module.  Thanks!

data is stored in the database and can be exported as CSV or XML.
You may also email replies, when they are entered.

Thanks.  Someone else found the code for me.  I was over on GitHub looking for it where the code is.  Open Source is awesome but trying to track down the parts is more interesting than I care for in the middle of the night.

Thanks.  I found the table.  I am used to being able to do something more with a form than just stick it all in the same place in a database.  I would have thought (and did) that when I specify, for example that a field that gets its data from Users.FirstName would store the changes in the place the data came from.  I need to create a registration form that will allow a person to subscribe to a paid security role, then make the security role assignment (or update the expiry date if they already have it) after PayPal processing.  I am not being cheap as much as I am trying to keep things from breaking during an upgrade when a third party module is no longer supported.  Is there a way to use the core product to create a custom registration form with the subscribe button and have that information write to the standard DNN user and profile tables and have the subscribe button behave like the one currently in the profile?  A module would be the first thing that comes to mind after the Form and List module.  The image below is a simplistic representation of the data I need to manage and the paid security role functionality I need to have.  If I have to get a third-party module, so be it.  If so, do you recommend one?
