We are running version 6.2.0 of the Form and List module under DNN 8.0.3 and get the following error on occasion when loading a page with that module on it:

The error cannot be created on demand and may occur either as a public or authorized user. We also have the CAPTCHA control enabled for public users if it matters.

there seem to be an issue of the module to retrieve data types, either loading code from file system or registering each.
