I just upgraded the XML module to the latest April 1st release.... now my site is totally down. Can someone tell me step-by-step instructions on how to remove totally the XML module from my site so that I can get my site back? Thanks.

can you check, if there is remaining /bin/DotNetNuke.Modules.XML.dll from the previous version, and delete it?

Before the upgrade, the following files were in /bin:

DotNetNuke.Modules.XML.dll

DotNetNuke.Modules.XML.SqlDataProvider.dll

After the upgrade, they were no longer there.....

that sounds like it should.

Besides, there shall be a new line in your web.config, section <codeSubDirectories>:

        <add directoryName="XML" />
And in /App_Code directory, there need to be a new subdirectory "XML", containing download.vb and the following directories:
"Components" (5 files), "Parameters" (4 files) and "Providers/DataProviders/SQLDataProvider" (1 file).

Is this correct for your site?
