Hey,

Im new to DotNetNuke and i was wondering if its possible to use this module to create SOAP requests and Responses. 
appreciate the help.

No - it would be great if it would be possible, but soap, at least if not accessible using GET, is not manageable on that platform. You can query REST like interfaces though.

PS: If anyone has an idea about an generic SOAP interface, please  contact me.

Is there any other way to implement SOAP Requests/Response into my DNN website? And what would be the best (read easiest) way to do it.

If you want to consume / use SOAP based services, you will need to write own code. As DotNetNuke runs on top of ASP.NET, you can use all the tools that the :NET framework provides.
