I'm trying to get a sense if I'm on the right track or not.  I'm using the XML/XSL module to display my data.  But now I'm wondering what is the best way to allow administrators to edit the data within the XML file. 

Is there a third party module that will give that control?  Should I try to develop my own module?  Or use the UDT module?  Something I haven't thought of yet?

Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Always treat the XML/XSL module as read only.  Don't plan on being able to edit the XML data.

Even if there was a way of manipulating the XML file, because of the strict syntax of XML, it wouldn't be a good idea.

I'd definitely recommend you go the UDT route and use a custom XSL transformation for the data.
