hello there,

first off all, i'm realy a newby to the dotnetnuke project

and now my question

i want to load a external xml in to this

exmp:

http://myothersite.com/feeds/voting_xml_feed.aspx?id=3CD0E3BB0461&session=9

so i want to see a page with the tags description, votes and participant

can this be done and how?

Enter the url as source and set up a matching XSL file.

Btw, neither MyOtherSite.com nore sms-online.total-stats.com seem to return valid XML.

Unlike the news(feed) module, which handles RSS feeds, the XML module deals with any kind of XML Schemas. The user defines the XML Source and the XSL Script that transforms the XML to its desired output. The XML module is neither able to generate XSL scripts on the fly nor it helps to develop the XSL scripts.
