I try to link the xml from UDT to the XML/XSL Module. Via the show xml button and copy the url.  But if i do so XML Module shows root element is missing! Is there a solution for this? Or an alternative Module for showing the xml of UDT?

No, that will not work. The show XML url only works for users with edit modules permissions, it is not written for accessing the data. You can not use UDT data directly inside XML module.

Can't you use the built in XSL rendering inside UDT?

I tried to use the XSL rendering inside UDT but it didnt work.

I have a udt module on the homepage and if the user clicks on more, it should open the detail view on a specific page with another tabid. Is that possible to get it work?

Yes, by setting the tabid inside XSLT script.
