im using DNN 3.3.4 and have setup a forum with a moderator.

The moderator has ismoderator ticked and is trusted when logged in as host.

when i submit a thread or reply in the moderated forum as another user, it states that my message will need to go through a moderator like you would expect. But then nothing happens, no email to moderator, login as moderator and no posts are listed?? not sure what im missing here. 

any help would be appricated

Ok got it working by selecting the group as well as the forum when in the admin screen.

But then i ended up with it telling me there is one post to moderate but there where actually about 6 from the ones that didnt work previously. Deleted these and now the forums post count is showing as 0 when there are 2 existing threads??
Now the moderate doesnt work for this forum at all?

So i tried another forum as a test and it worked as expect, had the post waiting to be approved in the moderate link. So delete this and now the post count for this forum is -1??

at moderation panel, you may encounter issues like wrong post count needs to moderated
because you did delete them at past, but somehow, moderation panel still shows them as not reviewed yet,

i did have the same problem, but coudlnt find a solution

well it seems to me that the posts that are made and need to be approved shouldnt effect the thread and post count if it is deleted.

Can anyone point to the right page/class/function/sub that this would happen.....or is this a known issue that is being looked at?
