Anyway to have Threads that have had a reply bump to the top?

My users want to be able to bump a thread back up if no one has responded to it

simply add a reply with sth. like "*bump" as content

thanks for your help.  I have to admit, i had to look up what STH. means.  I wasn't familar with the term.  During the lookup i got a few laughs.  here is the associated terms with the abbv sth.  obviously you were talkin bout a string handle
