hi my dotnetnuke portal is hacked from some cracker and i think they are use that exploit http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/118/threadid/116518/scope/posts/Default.aspx have any body got any idea about that security bug ?. How we can fix that too

Although a bug, this issue has no exploit that we are aware of.  Security issues are taken quite seriously.  If you are able to reliably reproduce any security exploit, please direct that inquiry to security@dotnetnuke.com.

There are many aspects to the security of a Web application, if your server is not configured properly it will be hacked and it is not DNN's fault.

Also, you failed to mention the version of DNN you are running and the configuration of the server (do you run it in a hosted environment for instance).
