Hi all, first time poster here.  I am hoping someone can help with my site.

I have a forum on my website and 2 out of 42 users are unable to view forums.  One is me who I have my regular user account and have multiple security roles.  Everytime I click on my forum page, I get this error

A critical error has occurred.
The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters

If I log in as another user, it works fine.

The other person who is also having the same problem lately is one of two forum moderator.  He recently start seeing the same message and would be unable to view the forum page as well

If anyone can help, please provide your suggestion on how to fix the problem

Thanks.
