When I add a moderated forum I am getting the following exception:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: INSERT statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK_Forum_Moderators_Forum_Forums'. I got the same thing, but with the gallery...

The two posted errors here would be a result of one of two possible problems:

A user is already assigned as a moderator for a forum, thus creating a duplicate userid/forumid combination which is a relationship no-no.

There was a module deleted or somehow data of hte current moduleID is not being passed properly.

Crispy,

If you search far enough in the gallery, you see that this is an inherent common problem. A user has actually updated the module on his site with asp 2.o that fixes the error...
